Despite growing up with Indian Creek Camp as the favorite summer camp, this is Sophie’s first time working at ICC; she is very happy about this opportunity to serve. She loves music, color, and pizzazz in anything. Having an elementary and secondary double major in her junior year of college, she wants to get as much experience working with kids before graduation. She has already had the opportunity to teach children in Honduras and is, again, excited about this latest opportunity at ICC. Lifetime goals consist of being a teacher over seas and eventually becoming a polyglot (knowing languages). Her favorite Bible text is found in Philippians 1:6, “being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” She hopes to serve the campers, other staff, but most importantly God this summer.
