Lucas Johnson is passionate about world travel, outdoor adventures, and helping people to know and share Jesus for themselves. This is his second summer at ICC, and his eleventh summer working at Adventist camps. He has traveled to 13 countries (so far) and worked as a teacher in Tanzania, Tennessee, Arkansas, the Navajo Nation, and most recently in Bolivia. Lucas grew up in Tennessee, even going to ICC as a camper. His favorite instrument is the guilele, a cross between a guitar and a ukulele. He thinks the best thing at camp is getting to be a part of a family working together in love to serve God; it’s a little taste of what heaven will be like! His favorite food is rice and curry, with fruit smoothie for desert, and his favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:33. Seek after Christ above all else, and He’ll take care of everything! No worrying required!
