Joining the Camp Team

Team Description
The ICC team is looking for people who are actively growing in the Christian faith,
have servant's hearts, and are willing to work hard. We look for those who are strong witnesses for Christ and examples of consistent Christian living. In addition to, we also accept those who have a sincere love for children and youth and have a desire and ability to share the Christian message. Team players are necessary because teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.

Requirements

Be at least 18 yrs. old (21 yrs. old for Director/Leadership positions)

Be in good health with lots of energy

Have the ability to relate to children

Be flexible, willing to develop the skills necessary to do the best possible job

Follow the philosophies, goals, and policies of the camp

Attend all team meetings and worship

Communicate questions, concerns, and ideas with supervisors

Email to youth@kytn.net along with a picture of yourself

Download the Recommendation file

Email them to 3 other non-family members

Deadline is February 8 to submit your application
