Jose (Joe) Alba is very thankful with God and pastor Greg, for the opportunity to be at Indian Creek Camp this summer. This is Jose’s first summer at Indian Creek Camp serving as the Climbing Wall Director. He has served as a Young adult and adult counselor since 2000. In addition to working as a counselor, he has been working with Adventurers and Pathfinders in the Lake Region Conference as a club director and later as an Adventurer and Pathfinder Area Coordinator for the Hispanic Ministry from 2010- 2014. On 2014 he, his High School sweet heart Joselyn and his 2 kids Luzadriana (19) and Leonidas (6) moved to the KY/ TN Conference where they have found a new home and many good people. He serves here at the KY/ TN Conference as a Pathfinder Area Coordinator for the Hispanic Ministry and tries to stay involved with the Children’s ministries and Young Adult ministries as much as he can. He is retired and now His passion is God, his family and the youth in KY/ TN. Jose enjoys learning more about God, nature, camping, hiking and mentoring others (specially Youth).
His favorite activity at ICC other than the climbing wall? he is very excited to find out during this summer camp.
